The Pickering Village Business Improvement Area (PVBIA) was formed in 1993 to serve the combined businesses of the BIA community area. In 2006 the boundaries were expanded to include more of the growing businesses moving into the area. They currently represent a total road length of 4.4 km within our boundaries. The businesses and professional services located in Pickering Village take great pride in their neighbourhood and through the BIA give back to the community that supports them.
